Winten Property Group
The Challenge: Our task was to design and build a new website that reflected 42 years of business success whilst demonstrating the growth and future focus of the organisation and to develop the Winten brand and improve its perception amongst its peers.
The Strategy: Developing the key value proposition of ‘Assured long-term value through the delivery of well considered, timeless design and quality’ we also researched the competitive landscape to define where Winten sat in the market place and how to own that space.
The Solution: We designed a hierarchy focussed homepage which allowed users to access content on two levels, large images with an accompanying call to action provided scale whilst content and functionality are grouped within a linework structure allowing users to easily understand context and hierarchy. The site was built within Silverstripe and as such is able to be easily maintained by the client into the future.

We tailored a branded user experience that allowed Winten to showcase and document their current and past projects.
