Westpac / The Academy
The Challenge: After completing the successful launch of Westpac’s innovation centre The Hive in Kogarah, Westpac Group tasked us with the development of an identity for their innovative and exclusive, business training program. Positioning the brand as being future focussed and conveying accelerated change and learning, we developed a sophisticated spin on the idea of 'altering perspectives’.
The Strategy: Leveraging brand equity from The Hive which we completed 4 months prior, The Academy brand language centres on the hexagon shape with an interconnected grid of 100 nodes which represent 100 Academy members. The hexagon shape itself is actually a three dimensional cube viewed from a particular angle providing a spin on the program 'altering perspectives'.
The Solution: The brand was rolled out with applications including: app branding, motion graphics, responsive website and event marketing throughout the program.
